The former Chelsea manager, Luiz Felipe Scolari, has laid the blame on the Chelsea board and owner Roman Abramovich for not being successful during his time at Stamford Bridge. Scolari lasted just a few months at Chelsea after having come from his job as the Portugal national team manager.
